Africa Connect Conceived out of the vision of delivering quality
of services in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
field, Africa Connect is founded by high caliber and experienced
ICT professionals. The company has started its operation with an
initial paid up capital of 12 Million ETB that makes the first of
its kind in the ICT industry of the country.
The main driving force behind its conception was the lack of quality
of services and poor project handling within the Information and
Communication Technology field in the country.
Our strength is mainly reflected in solution
and service orientation as opposed to reselling. Our solutions
offerings are custom tailored to customers specific needs and
are not influenced by bias in equipment provision. Dedicated and
experienced staff backs our solution provision giving us a leading
edge on the market. We are conscious of the importance of day-to-day
training requirements and staff are encourage to undergo various
extensive training and design exercises, which enable us to come-up
with up to date and viable solutions. Our state of the art lab
backs us in providing our staff and client professionals' hands
on experience and is used by our R&D division extensively.
The lab is also used as a test environment to confirm with standards
and quality measures before deploying our solutions at customer
premises. Our R&D (Research and Development) division whose
main task is to bring awareness of latest products and streams
in ICT allows our solutions and services to follow the most up-to-date
ICT trends.
